Earning and Redeeming Points for Store Credit

2. Point Redemption: a. Store Credit: Accumulated points can be redeemed as store credit for future purchases on our website.    b. Redemption Value: The conversion rate of points to store credit will be clearly defined, such as "100 points = $1 store credit."   c. Minimum Redemption: A minimum number of 100 points are required before you can start redeeming them as store credit.

3. Point Expiration: a. Expiration Period: Points earned will have an expiration date. After this date, unused points will expire and cannot be redeemed.     b. Expiration Notifications: We will notify you in advance of any points set to expire, ensuring you have an opportunity to utilize them.

4. Terms and Conditions: a. Eligible Purchases: Only purchases made on eligible products and services will earn points. Exclusions may apply to certain items, such as gift cards or discounted products.                            b. Point Calculation: The calculation of points earned for each eligible purchase will be based on the total amount spent after any applicable discounts have been applied.                                                               c. Point Adjustments: Points will not be awarded for returned or refunded items. If a refund is issued for a purchase made with points, the corresponding points will be deducted from the customer's account. d. Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

5. Program Modifications: a. Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the reward system program at any time. Any changes or updates will be communicated to our customers in advance. b. Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate a customer's participation in the reward system if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
